Tenant and user Creation

Getting access

In this step we will create your Layer1 Sandbox tenant (your account) and obtain access for your admin user.

#	Step	Details
1	Provide our Layer1 Solutions team with your company name and admin user email address	The company name provided will be the name we apply in the system. The email address provided will be the first user to obtain access be responsible for some future set up steps
2	Our team will then create the tenant on your behalf	The email address provided will receive a sign up link from sender [email protected]. (Please check spam or junk just incase) This user will have admin level permissions as default so will be able to complete all actions in sandbox
3	Admin user to follow the sign up link (expires in 3 days from receipt)	User will be required to create a password and to set up multi factor authentication in the form of either: - Passkey - Authenticator code
